    Hi,

Is there a way to add a custom link for the sticky slider image, so that it doesn’t link to the post, but instead links to a specific page?

I know I can just disable the picture link altogether using the slider.php, but would prefer to use a custom link if its possible for each sticky image

    site link

Just change the post type to “link” then just paste the link in the post area. Thats what I did and it works great!

    U r da man!

Thanks so much for your help- I am officially finished this site now thanks to you- whoop 🙂

    Hi there,
I have some picture sliders on the front of my website, which people can click to be taken to the relevant section of my website. Usually this works fine, but the two sections I added yesterday will not allow me to link a page to the image – I paste the link in the box as usual and update, but by the time I go back to check the box, it is clear and the weblink has been removed.

Could anyone please offer any help.

    Best wishes

    Michael

    Hi

I am really at a loss of how to link sliders to other parts of the website too. The siders are sitting in the Posts sections.

Paul- how do you ‘Just change the post type to “link” then just paste the link in the post area’

    Thanks!
    Scott
