Custom Size no longer working

On a significant amount of my WordPress the custom size option is no longer working and its cutting off my logos. An example of what I’m talking about can be seen in the sidebar here:

I have a ton of sidebars and this is a pretty big concern. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
