Simple Page Specific Sidebars
[resolved] custom sidebar for some other url pointed by a page (2 posts)

    I have a page directed to some other url and for that page i created a custom sidebar but when i clicked for that page in menu that sidebar is not displayed instead showing main sidebar i think it might be because i directed that page to some other url now i want that custom sidebar for that url please help me how it can be acheived

    Hey nareshbakshi,

    Not entirely sure I understand the current state of your page, but if the page is no longer redirected, you should be able to check the box for the page specific sidebar while viewing the page, save, and then see a corresponding widget area under Appearance/Widgets.

    If that doesn't work, you'll want to verify the slug of your default sidebar as seen in these posts:
