   Hi I am trying to search for an answer but am unsure of the terms to use. I am looking for a search function that does not use keywords but has a series of drop down terms that will filter the posts in a category. Similar to a real estate or autotrader search that will drill down into a categories posts.

   Sorry if I haven't explained it very well.

   Take a look at the Multiple Category Selection Widget plugin.

   thanks for the suggestion, although it says it is broken in in wp 3.2.

   I think only 1 person says it is broken. That could be just interference from another plugin. I think it is still worth a try.
