(Custom) Posts from Tweets

    I want to create a feed of new posts from tweets with a certain hashtag. I’m using a theme with locations as posts. Each time if a tweet is published the hashtag should trigger a new post. The location that is mentioned in the tweet should start the geo location of the post. The picture linked to the tweet should become the featured picture.

    Does anyone know a plugin that does this?
