Custom Post Types and "Your own post options" - issue (6 posts)

    Hello!

Let me begin by saying that I truly appreciate the work you've put into the plugin, Frank. It's great!

Now, on to my problem: with custom post types, if I add classes/IDs to my "own post options" and save my settings, the fields appear correctly. But at the same time, the classes/IDs I've added are gone, which forces me to copy-paste the field every time I want to change something in order to not loose the fields.

Do you understand what I'm trying to get at? I believe it is a problem with the fields not correctly saving to the DB. I'd love to get some help with this!

Tis still an issue but a workaround is to put your rules in the Global Options.

    Hi jonah,

a workaround is to put your rules in the Global Options.

can you please be a little more specific? I'm not sure to see what you mean

Same problem here. The values entered in custom options for Custom Post Types are saved correctly the first time and they appear in the list, but when reloading the page the fields of these custom options are empty, so they get lost when saving again.
I hope this can be fixed in the next releases. In the meantime I'll use the workaround of putting rules in the Global Options.
