Custom Post Types and the Unpublished Content widget

    Hey guys,

    Is there a way of adding CPTs to the Unpublished Content widget on the dashboard? I have activated the custom statuses for each of our CPTs, but so far they’re not feeding into the dashboard widget. Meaning that the widget effectively ignores all of the CPT content.

    Please bear in mind I’m not hugely comfortable with coding and can do only the most basic adjustments to the theme templates! In short, total noob.
