Custom Post Type Permalink Rewrite

    I have a custom post type that doesn’t include ‘title’ in my supports array. I did however create a meta box for it. So I want the permalink to reflect a combination of fields in my meta box. Is this possible?

    For example $metaboxes[first_name] . $metaboxes[last_name]
