   Hello,

   I created a custom post type for my theme, and have set to display the 21 most recent on a page, however would like to paginate at the bottom.

   Currently, "Older Posts" links to ( /page/2 ) which maintains the same 21 most recent posts.

   After doing some research, I've found that this was an issue prior to 3.1 and WordPress 3.1+ supports Custom Post Type Archives.

   Please advise on what I'm doing wrong. My code is as follows:

   Assuming you are using 3.1+, have you tried creating "archive-portfolio.php?" from archive.php? Displaying custom posts this way allows paging.
