custom permalinks showing unwanted text string (3 posts)

Hello - initially I had my permalinks set to Default.

I wanted to change that, so I selected Custom Structure and put in %postname%

When I do that, the URL changes from, as one example,

    http://streamlinesolutions.biz/wp/?page_id=8

    to

    http://streamlinesolutions.biz/wp/streamline-personal-assistant-errand-service-shrewsbury-ma/about

The string streamline-personal-assistant-errand-service-shrewsbury-ma has to do with an old business name that I used ages ago - I can't figure out where on earth that is being pulled from. Any ideas? For now I've changed it back to Default.

    Thank you.

put it back to your custom structure
go to the dashboard and edit the page in question
above the editor is an editable permalink field
change it to whatever you want
    save permalink
    save page

Thank you for the suggestion, but this didn't work. When I go to the editable permalink field it shows

    http://streamlinesolutions.biz/wp/streamline-personal-assistant-errand-service-shrewsbury-ma/about

and if I click on the edit button, only /about is editable. The part before /about is not clickable at all.
