I am going to start a new site A to Z Health Blog but custom permalink setting as for example http://www.atozhealthblog.com/doctors/doctors-express/ is not working in my site. only default setting as for example http://www.atozhealthblog.com/?p=11 is working. but its working in my local host where XAMPP is running.
please any one give the solution.

You'll need to get some more details about your Windows server.
Specifically which server software and version are you running exactly?
Is mod_rewrite available? Apache? .htaccess?
If you're not sure about the above, check your hosting control panel or ask your host.
Getting permalinks working on Windows depends on all of the above - there are some tips here but you'll need to know the above information.
