Custom per-post tracking code with Analyticator?

I want to place specific posts (of certain custom post types) into Content Groups in Google Anayltics… To do this I need to insert/modify the tracking code for those posts.
Is there a method (outside of using the plugins’ hooks) to modify the tracking code placed on each individual post or page? Or another method to create Content Groups that works with Analyticator?
