    Let me first try to explain what I am trying to do first:
    I want to use wp for my news section but on my homepage I want to use an iframe to display 3-5 of the latest entries. I need to make sure my iframe page doesn't have anything but the posts in it, title and text and date, thats it. I thought if I could use multiple templates, but not sure if that is possible. I tried making another wp but using the same db and no luck with that. Any suggestions. Can I make a custom page that will pull the info that I need?
    Thanks

    Not sure what I am look for on your site. Are you using two templates and the same db?

    Try this:
    - click on a thumbnail of a post check the template;
    - click on the title, check again.

    Do the same with categories: click on an icon or on a direct link. Compare template.

    I'm using the same template in a frame or for normal display but just hide some part of them.

    Take a look at the addresses: this is what I'm using.

    I'm not sure if I described exactly what I want to do. I want to use wp for my news section just the way it is. I plan on making a template so that it matches the rest of my site. What I really need to do is have a page that just has 3-5 posts that is really just plain, title, date, and post, that is controled by its own css. This page I want to load into my iframe for my homepage. I don't want a header, sidebar, footer or anything else on this custom page.
