Custom Navigation only showing on homepage-

I’m having an issue with the PHP in the Traject theme. I moved the navigation within the header (it was at the very top of the page- now it’s beneath the logo), but it’s not showing up on any of the other pages. Here’s the url (it’s built in a sub-folder): http://66.147.244.105/~opdental/ The guys I purchased the theme from told me that my customization is not included in their support, but I really need help.

What do I need to do to the other pages’ php code to make it show up there?
