Custom Menus that Embed Logo into Menu

Trying to create similar look and feel to a wordpress site http://www.westernaerial.com that has small logo that appears to be embedded in menu bar.

I can’t tell whether it’s an option for their theme, part of a custom menu which replaces need for header or within CSS itself.

Please advise whether this is a custom html job or something I can easily do in wordpress as is.
