   I just moved a site that used a custom menu from 'new.website.com' to 'website.com' and all the custom menu's were wiped out from my site except for the page that holds my "posts" listing (custom front page) and any attempt to rebuild the menu shows any added page as "pending" and never saves to the custom menu.

   The pages that are "pending" when aded to the custom menu are all live pages.

   I'm trying to update the development site (new.website.com) now to see if that fixes the issue but do not believe this to be the cause of the problem. I've migrated sites from subdomains to main domains plenty of times in the past. The URI 'new.website.com' was changed to 'website.com' in the database and that was teh only change to the database upon migration.

   Any ideas when a page shows as "pending" when adding to a custom menu?

   Any idea why my custom menu was wiped out when migrating to the live site?

   Upgrading did nothing to help this issue.

   I was able to add new items by adding a new page and then adding a navigation title. This adds the menus however the problem now is none of the navigation items link anywhere, they are simple empty anchor tags in the menu on the front end of the site.

   Does anyone know where in the DB the custom menu settings are or any idea how to get these custom menus working again?
