Custom Menu problem -showing BOTH menus!!

    I’m using ‘zeeBusiness’ 1.4 Theme in WordPress 3.5.1

    I found that unlike other themes, where I could drag and drop the order of pages in my menu, it seemed I would have to create a custom menu and then drag the page order around. I did this, but I ended up with TWO menus! ie: the custom one was displaying above the original one.
    Also when I turned the custom menu off, I was still left with the extra white space (50px ?) deep between the header image and main navigation menu.
    I deleted the Custom Menu but the white area still remains and when you roll over that area, a ‘ghost’ original menu shows itself!!!!
    IF I could turn off the original menu (somehow???) I would be happy to rebuild the custom menu if I did not get the extra white space…
    Or is it a cashe issue – if so, how do I clear the cashe?

    I just installed that theme on a test site and it looks like it has three menu locations – what do you have selected under “Theme Locations” under the Appearance > Menu ?

    Hi WPyogi, thanks for your input. I have looked and everything is ‘greyed out’ plus I can not see ‘Theme Locations’ there anyway??

    NB: I DID have the option of three locations. And I have chosen each of the three for my new custom menu, but I get the same result with all three. Since deleting the custom menu everything is ‘greyed out’ in the menu control panel (dosen’t seem to be a way to attach screenshot?).
    But when the menu was live (in any of the 3 positions) it would appear in black text on the white space above the orange original menu. I’m not sure if I’ve overwritten and deleted the default custom menu?

    I have managed to get back to where I was on this site. I’m going to leave it alone for a bit! Thanks guys!!
