    Hi to all.

I'm having a hard time trying to find a way to create a new top level menu section in the admin menu sidebar that will point to the post editor for an specific post based on a category and a user.

    Scenario:
I wish to provide some users the possibility to edit one particular post from one particular category. The link need to look something like http://www.example.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=126&action=edit, where the 126 will change depending on the user.

All users will have one (and only one) post under the same category named "mypost" (or ID 6) so in the link on the example above the 126 (post ID) will vary depending on the user since each user will be able to edit only their own post.

Is there any way to create this "dynamic" new top level menu section in the admin menu sidebar ?
If no, is there any way to create a new top level menu section in the admin menu sidebar which will link to an option page containing a form to edit the exact same posts based on the exact same criteria ( category and current user id).

Thanks a lot in advance and sorry for my English
    Daniel
