1.I am new to eShop and have been reading on how to properly set up a WordPress/eShop site. For links, I have a top bar and a side bar. I am trying to figure out how to customize the top bar, reorganize the order of links, and put some in a drop down menu. For the side bar, I would like to organize the order of the links as well as changing the menu headers. Is this possible? If so how do I go about doing it? Thanks in advance.

Drag and drop to the order you want and to add to the menu.

Sounds like you are using it wrong. You check the pages you want in the menu and then click the Add to Menu button. Then you drag the items in the right column to change the order.
