    Greeetings all.

I'm running into an issue with the events calendar and my custom menus. I'm trying to create a custom search page for events only but on the page my custom menus are displaying all the pages in my wp install... I can't find anywhere in any of the template files in the plugin that menus are called or anything and I'm at a loss as to where to check next to remedy.

I've disabled all other plugins and it still doing the same thing. I came across a couple of other threads where people are having the same issue, but no solutions were posted.

    Any incite is appreciated.

Here is a link to a page showing the issue:

You can click on any other page to see what the nav menus should be doing. thanks,

Hey petergibbons. Thanks for the note here, and for sharing a link to the problem right off the bat. This does look like it may be a theme-specific issue (I'm assuming it doesn't occur in the default Twenty Twelve theme), but let me see if Jonah from our dev team can point you in the right direction. No guarantees as this is more on the customization-side than we're generally able to support for free users here, but if he has any ideas after reviewing it for a few minutes he'll definitely do what he can.

Expect a response there no later than tomorrow. Thanks for your patience so far!

Many thanks Rob & team... Yes its a customized theme built from the ground up. Some wires must be crossed.

    Thanks,

    Hey petergibbons,

I'm going to need some more information about how you actually trying to accomplish this with some code samples or copies of your files. Can you please provide me with this?

    Thanks,
    Jonah

Thanks for the reply, if you email me at boobiesboobies9er@gmail.com I'll send you access...

As for how, I'm using the built in search.php to search through a custom post type. On that search page (only when searching tribe_events) the custom menus at the top and bottom show every page in my install. The behavior doesn't happen when searching 'all' or any other cpt...

    Thanks!

    Hi petergibbons,

Unfortunately this is beyond what we can help with. You'll need to work it out on your own. Good luck!
