    Hello,

I'm working on a website that has three separate markets. When you go the the homepage you choose which user group you are and it takes you to that specific section of the website. I've got a statement that generates a certain menu depending on the page so I can have certain menus for each market user.

However, there are a handful of links on the menu that take you to a page where all user groups can arrive. My question: Is it possible to generate a specific menu depending on which section the user has currently just come from? Alternatively a back button that returns the users back to the page they have just come from.

Hope this makes sense, It was difficult to write :P

    Thanks,

    Dan

Perhaps you could use HTTP REFERER? http://php.net/manual/en/reserved.variables.server.php

I'm not sure whether WordPress provides this functionality.

mmm okay Ill have a look. The other alternative I guess is to have a header that just containers everything in large drops downs, but I'd rather split each section into individual focused parts. Do you know anything about the back button?
