Custom links in Jetpack Publicize

Hey, I like using the Jetpack Publicize feature a lot, but for a “Link” post type, I’d like to use a custom field as the permalink that gets publicized, not the actual post permalink. Is there a filter or something I can use to make this happen? Thanks
