Custom image-buttons to menubar plugin?

Hi all!

I hope I’m in the right place for my question. Forgive if Im not.

So, I was wondering if there is any plugin which allows the authors to simply attach and upload a small image with the pages (not need to blogs, only the pages), which appears in the upper, vertical menubar.
I need this becouse the design Im working on needs image buttons, not simple text with some CSS ‘buttons’.
Of course in this way the pages, displayed on the menubar would be with a maximum amount, to not ruin the main template / design.
