Custom header throughout author session (1 post)

We are using WP for a real estate agency's blog. Each agent is being entered as a user, and we'll use the author template to show their individual posts. Each author template calls a "header-agent.php" file that has their contact info.

    Examples:
    Agent (author) page:
    http://brokersouth.gydev.com/wp/author/demo1/
    Main blog page:
    http://brokersouth.gydev.com/wp/

Each agent will have their own landing page with their listings, a feed with their recent posts, etc. This is outside the wp install. If they click "BLOG" on that agent's page, it will load their author template. The issue is that once someone clicks a post, or a category in the sidebar, it drops the author info and loads the main single (or category) template, which swaps in the main header.php without their info. Is there a way to assign a custom single template for an author's posts? We'd like it to seem like visiting the blog from an agent page is their own blog, all pages within, not just a main author page and then jumping over to the main template (where other agents can be accessed).

Hope that's clear, any help would be appreciated!
