Custom Header? Help??

Hey everybody! So I’ve got a question…

In the header, I’ve got my navigation and of course my logo to the left.

What I’d like to do is have a space to the right of the social media icons to insert my phone number and maybe a line of text. If it’s at all possible, place directly into the blank space I see next to the icons?

Could someone help me out?
