Custom group member pages only visible when logged in

Is it possible to configure WP so that members of a particular group can only see their pages when logged in? I did some searching earlier and found where someone had asked about certain pages being visible only after logging in, but that question was regarding the same page for everyone.

This particular site would include a unique group page that would only be available to this particular group. For example, let’s say this is for a cruise. Members on this particular cruise would have access to the itinerary page for this cruise only. Vacationers would not be able to see anyone else’s itinerary.
