NND custom gravatar because i want my custom avatar
but this is the problem, my spage generation time is more slow then before. coz i have this redirect
i want to delete those redirect, anyone can help me?

You should be able to eliminate the redirect by going to gravatar.com and simply claiming your email address (the one that you is associated with your wordpress login) and uploading the picture you want for your gravatar directly to gravatar, using their interface. If you continue to use a URL instead of uploading the image directly, you're going to encounter the redirect.

all users who no have an gravatar i want to show the avatar pre-set by me
but when i put this i got this redirect
