Custom form not showing up in registration page.

Azmi, I received your email, first things first, your registration page looks fine to me, I see three additional fields, including “NRIC”. I saw that you have Theme My Login and Cimy User Extra Fields installed, but both are currently deactivated. These three plugins aren’t really meant to play well together as they all do some of the same things, creating an odd bit of logic that I would have no desire to figure out. Regardless, currently only Redux is active so your page should function accordingly. So I consider THIS issue resolved. I will continue my assessment in your other forum post: New user did not receive email & New users should automatically be unverified.
