custom filter, comparison and favorite list

Hello,

I’m wondering if there’s any option to create a custom filter for a real estate agency and also comparison possibilities and favorite list.

I’ve been looking for a ready made template to give me this options, but not any.

If you have any suggestion I’m open and also for suggestion about any solution.

I have to mention that custom filter that is needed has to have the possibility to choose multiple options (IE from one city to choose multiple neighborhoods not just ONE or ALL …. )
