   I have tried ticking the box next to Custom Fields in the Screen Options on the Edit Pages page, but Custom Fields still don't show up for me. Am I missing something? Please help me get my Custom Fields back.

   I would recommend using "Custom Fields" plugin. Had the same issue, but enabling that plugin worked. And it's a pretty useful thing anyway.
