   I would like to be able to use the custom fields for my posts but after edit flow was installed they seem to have disappeared. Is it possible to have them back. I would also like to be able to turn the the comments on and off at the bottom of posts and pages. The comments section seems to have disappeared as well.

   Have you tried looking at your Screen Options? In one of the recent releases of WordPress, some of the meta boxes were automatically hidden if you had never moved them around.
