Custom Fields – Error!

    When I attempt to create a custom field I get this error ” An unidentified error has occurred.”

    I’ve never had it before and I don’t understand why I’m having it now…….

    This must be broken, because I’m getting the same error in WordPress 2.7.

    I had this recently, and it was a small corruption in my posts meta table. Once I’d optimised and repaired the tables in phpMyAdmin everything was fine again. Alternately ask your support team to do it for you.
