    I have the solution for importing custom fields with WordPress CSV importer (At least it works for me). I used Google Spreadsheet to make the CSV file and after importing it worked!

    A solution? Since when is there a problem with importing custom fields?

    @bheadrick You don't have that problem? I still have a hard time importing custom field values...

    I actually found a workaround, and it doesn't involve Google Drive. It's written in this post:

    Basically, you have to manually input the name of custom fields into the text fields that appear when you select "Add Custom Field" drop down menu item. Note that it has to be field name, not field label--It must be all lower case.

    And the Google Drive method didn't really help at all. It didn't make sense in my head either--why would getting CSV from Google Drive work? It should result with the same CSV in the end.
