Support » Plugin: YOP Poll » Custom Field result does not appear in logs

Thank you for answering my previous query.

The YOP Poll is excellent, but when I create a custom field for my poll (eg the voter’s email address)it doesn’t appear in the log.

A typical line is usertype= wordpress user= _ANONYMOUS and the User Email (i.e. the custom field) is blank.

This only works when I vote as a registered user and then it pulls out my details and populates the log correctly.

I have tried logging out and voting (and entering my email address) but still a blank.

Also, even though I have the options set to block by cookie & ip for 30 days it is allowing me to vote persistently.

    Thank you for your attention.

    Hi mrperkins,

The information your users provide in the custom field is available in the “Results” section.

Regarding your second issue, please provide a link to the page where you have the poll so we may assist.

    Regards,

    YOP Team
