Custom Fields limit (in descending order)

I read this old WordPress discussion: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/custom-field-limit?replies=11 that shows how to limit custom fields dropdown display. It works but the order result is ascending based on their name by default.

Is there any way to make it as descending order?
