Custom Email HTML

    try Events > Settings > Emails > Email Settings > Send HTML Emails =Yes and then Events > Settings > Emails > Booking Email Templates

    Hi,

    It seems as though I can’t put a full HTML email in there. Using the <html> tags?

    have you tried to change your mail sending method to SMTP then use gmail accounts just to rule out any server issue. also, can you share some snippet of what you are adding?

    have you tried adding your html without the wrapper html tag?

    maybe phpmailer (which is what we use) wraps the email message in that tag whilst sending
