   I have a custom design that someone built for me that I want to use on a WordPress blog. I'm in need of someone who has created themes in the past and knows the ins and outs of making a custom design a WordPress Theme.

   You might also consider trying the WordPress Jobs or the WP-Pro's mailing list.
