custom cookies

Hi,

I am using custom cookies on my site and haven’t had any luck implementing a plugin based on dynamic-cache-test.php.

There is a section of the site where the user must agree to some terms. If they agree, a cookie is set. However, when they exit that section of the site, the cookie is removed thus causing them to see the terms and agree again upon entering the protected section.

If you could lend any assistance in a simple solution to this problem I would really appreciate it.
