Custom Community Clickable Header Image

I would like the header image to be clickable, however I cannot seem to find where I could make this doable. I imagine that it would require a small manual template change, but I am a bit lost with it.

Any ideas?

there are 2 files to use in the header of custom community
one is the header background image (non clickable) and logo.
the logo will give you a link to the home page when set.
