custom background does not work

    Hi there,

    Just a quick note. I can upload a custom background, but it doesn’t matter which background I choose (even if it’s one of those that have come packaged with the plugin,) it remains on the default background.

    How should I go about fixing this?

    Hi FRGD, Camdel,

    When you choose your custom background, make sure that the checkbox stays checked, and that the background you like is highlighted, we’ve seen the occasional bug where a brand new background uploaded does not keep the checkbox checked, also that the background selection needs to be saved twice.
