    Try looking at some of the custom login plugins.

    I`m not really searching for a plugin, sorry if you misunderstood.

    I`ll try to make my question clearer:
    Is there any way to change the wp-login.php file; so that you can use the include function (php) to include things like a menu, header, footer, etc?
