[resolved] Current version 4.2 disables Add Media in WP Page edit (7 posts)

The current version 4.2 disables the Add Media button when editing a page in WP 3.5.1 using Chrome (latest version). Previous version of plugin worked. Version before that disabled moving widgets and placing them in the sidebar and also disabled turning on WP screen options.
Same context as before, latest WP, latest plugin, using latest chrome, on Bluehost.
If I deactivate the plugin, the Add Media button works. If I activate the plugin, the Add Media button does not work.

Just tested IE and it does NOT have this problem, nor did it have the previous problem noted above. These problems appear to be specific to the current version of Chrome only.

I cant reproduce this under Chrome 26.0.1410.43 on Mac. Can you try to delete your cache?

Deleted cache and tried again. Same thing, add media works in IE, not in Chrome. Strange, because in 4.1 there was no problem in either browser and in 4.0 there again was a problem with Chrome in drag and drop for widgets. Right now I swithch to IE if I need to add media, and then switch back to chrome for all other tasks.

Mark this resolved. Upgraded to the version released today and all the Chrome anomalies are now gone. Widgets, screen options and add media all work properly. Thanks!!!!
