I am trying to use the wp-andreas09 theme and it mentions that I can edit the look of the templates with the Current Themes Options. The problem is that Current Themes Options is nowhere to be found and certainly not in Presentation. This feature hasn't been available in any version that I've run of WP and I'm running 2.02 currently.
Is there anyway to make this feature available?
Could be the permissions on your wp-content or wp-content/themes folder.

I don't think so, as the folders are set up, permissionly speaking, correct.

You need to have the theme activated for it to show up...
