curl_setopt errors

    Actually just upgraded to 2.9 and I am getting this error message

    Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLPROTO_FILE cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in /hosted/domains/f/o/forever-romeo.com/public_html/wp-includes/http.php on line 1302

    at first it was showing in the google blog search window in dashboard, but has since disappeared now it is showing on the plugin page but only while i have the simplepress forum plugin activated and i don’t see it anywhere else that i can think of at moment
