cURL? Importing Blogger Blog Posts

    I get the error:

    “Your web server is not properly configured to use this importer. Please enable the CURL extension for PHP and then reload this page.”

    I am running the server from my computer. I did everything that I could think of doing, but it still isn’t working. I uncommented in php.ini, etc. Any advice?
