When importing from a CSV file (created in Excel and formatted to text only in all columns), I get a confirmation that new entries were successful. However, all fields are blank except for the ID.

Are there any other formatting considerations?

This is after adding custom fields and grabbing the sample CSV for them.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    phenn,

Try exporting your CSV with a comma delimiter…Excel defaults to using “tab” and that won’t work. Let me know if that does it.

Thanks, xnau. I did two things to resolve this.

First, I incorrectly assumed that adding new fields would add them to the CSV import function. My bad. Users need to check their work and make sure they are selecting the ‘CSV’ box on new fields.

    I then followed your suggestion.

    Blammo!

    Everything is working beautifully.

The plugin is ingenious and quite simple to use. Thank you so much for this and for your help.

Happy to hear it worked. Guess I could do a better job of explaining how to import the CSV.
