CSS Trouble

Hi, I installed this plugin on my localhost and edited it css in order to get the look i wanted….but the I uploades those files to the final site and it seems to be some css interferencie within the plugin and the native css on the theme.

how can i solve this?? the biggest problem is on pagination…it sucks!
