I've been pulling what's left of my hair out over this...

We have a style.css issue with the primary navigation not having the correct width in a news child theme 1.1

link where this problem takes place is on our test server: http://50.22.104.156/~billrice/application-performance-blog.com/

We want the sub nav width to match the Application Performance and the sub nav width to match for Other Compuware Blogs. Each drop down should match the upper nav width, stretching from one thin vertical line to the other.
    What we tried...

[CSS moderated as per the Forum Rules. Please just post a link to your site.]

There's more..but trying those setting gives the current results, about 158px width for each sub nav. I had to specify that but would like a global setting that accomplishes it.

The subnav should be 100% of the parent. so the subnav under Application Performance should have the same width as Application Performance. and the subnav should be 100% of the parent for Other Compuware Blogs.
