   it's a gallery site, for people who design their own sites. so no, there's no web application. it wouldn't count if you simply changed themes. although koray managed to get a lot of attention, despite being redesigned by someone else

   someone had the idea to announce a date when a lot of people come together and celebrate their new designs. a reboot of their own projects and homepages- thats why this name was choosen.

   you can register on his page and present it to the public, you can let theme vote how good and how bad your "reboot" was and train your skills while updating your digital work
