I have a banner I call in using .CSS.
Does anyone know how to link it to a site and put a mouse-over title on it?

I think the only way to do that would be to make it into a link!
Just the normal <img src="/weblog/images/newblogbanner.jpg" alt="banner image" />
Then take the background image out from the css class.

Thanks Mike. I didn't know if I was going to be able to leave it in the .CSS or not.
